Collection of log information / server-logfiles
We collect standard internet log information including your IP address, browser type and language, access times, site visited, provider, and referring web addresses. We use this log information without any profiling according to the data protection law and only for statistical analysis to operate and optimize our online offer. However, we reserve the right to check log information in detail to protect our rights of property and that of our users and, where appropriate, to comply with legal procedures.
Collection and use of personal data
We collect and use personal data only if you provide consent for this purpose or if it is legally necessary. As a general rule, the user can notice during the use of the service, which data is stored, for example the user’s name, e-mail address and message on an order form.
The personal data provided when ordering or subscribing to a service (e.g. name, e-mail address, address, payment data) are used by us for the fulfilment of the contract. This data is transmitted using encryption and is not disclosed to third parties that are not part of the ordering, delivery and payment process.
When getting into contact with us (contact form or email) your personal data provided is used to answer your request and in case of additional requests, it is stored.
While using our tools we collect personal data only to enable you to use our tools properly. These data are clearly recognizable to you, e.g. your revenue to calculate a multiples analysis.

We take data protection seriously. Our employees and the service providers we commissioned are subject to a non-disclosure agreement and strict adherence to data protection laws. We remain responsible for the protection of your information even in the cases where we commissioned a service provider. Any service provider residing outside of the European Union is only commissioned by us if we agreed and signed strict internal data protection rules with them.
We delete your personal information on expiration of any legal obligation to retain data. Please be aware of the fact that we cannot delete your information during any open legal case or procedure (open invoices, etc.).
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, IP anonymisation is activated on this website, and your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Youtube
On our website we use components (videos) of YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company belonging to Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To this end, we use the “ – enhanced data protection mode – ” option provided by YouTube.
When you display a page that has an embedded video, a connection will be made to the YouTube server and the content will appear on the website via a communication to your browser.
According to the information provided by YouTube, in “ – enhanced data protection mode -”, data is only transferred to the YouTube server, in particular which of our websites you have visited, if you watch the video. If you are logged onto YouTube at the same time, this information will be matched to your YouTube member account. You can prevent this from happening by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.

Mailchimp
We use “Mailchimp”, a service provided by the US service provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA for sending our newsletter, our email-courses or downloads. The data stored when you registered for one of these services (email address, name, IP-address, and time and data of registration, as well as your consent to processing this data) will be sent to a server operated by The Rocket Science Group in the US and stored there.
Mailchimp uses this information to send our newsletter, email-courses or download-links and to analyse our delivery according to our order. In addition, Mailchimp can use this data to optimize and improve its own services. Mailchimp does not use your data to contact you in their name or to disclose it to third parties.
We trust upon the reliability and data security of Mailchimp. Mailchimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement “Privacy Shield” and thus is obliged to adhere to the European GDPR. Hotjar
To improve the user experience on our website we use the software Hotjar (http://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe). The tool helps us to understand the user behavior on our websites (e.g. mouse movements, clicks, scroll height). For that purpose Hotjar uses cookies on all user devices and saves user data, for example browser information, information on the operating system or the retention period on our website in an anonymized form. You can prevent hotjar’s data use by deactivating the settings of your browser concerning the use of cookies. Typeform
To collect user answers on our website we use the service of TYPEFORM S.L., Carrer Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. Typeform is subject to the GDPR of the European Union. When using an embedded typeform on our website, your data (e.g. IP-address, information and time-stamp, as well as the inputs given in the form) is transferred to the servers of typeform. Stripe
To enable our users to book a service on our platform, we use the service of Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., a subsidiary of Stripe, Inc.. It is a private company incorporated in Ireland and registered with the Irish Data Protection Commissioner’s office. Your booking and payment data you enter at the website of Stripe is used for booking our service. Octobat
To enable our users to book a service on our platform and get correct VAT-calculation, we use the service of Octobat SAS, a French Societe par actions simplifiees, registered with the Registry of Trade and Companies under RECS 820 567 501 Pontoise with the office at 230 rue du General Leclerc 95120 Ermont, France. Your booking, payment and VAT data you enter at the website of Octobat is used for booking our service. Facebook Pixel – visitor actions
This website uses the “Facebook Pixel visitor actions” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). With its help, we can trace the users’ actions after they have viewed or clicked on a Facebook ad. This way, we can survey the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. The data gathered this way is anonymous to us, which means that we do not see the personal data of individual users. This data, however, is stored and processed by Facebook, of which we will inform you according to the status of our knowledge. We take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure and require any third parties that handle or process your personal information for us to do the same. Access to your personal information is restricted to prevent unauthorized access, modification or misuse and is only permitted among our employees and agents on a need-to-know basis. In order to provide maximum security, our services are hosted on the servers of alfahosting in Germany. The connection between you and the servers of alfahosting are encrypted by 256-Bit-SSL-encryption.
Your privacy rights
You have the right to request a report on your personal data that was processed by us. You find the contact details at the beginning of the data privacy to issue such a request. In addition, you have the right to correct, update, or delete your personal information in our records if there is no law requiring us to keep records of specific personal data.
Changes to our data policy
We reserve the right to amend our data policy in order to adhere to changes in law or to cater for changes in our services or the way we use data throughout our services.
